内布にご用意した柄を上手に使ってポケットを配置され、中を開けるのが楽しみになるような作品となりました。
ハワイ柄のペンもセットして素敵なプレゼントになりますね❣️

Today's quilt is a passport case that Ms. S made as a gift for a friend.
She used the tropical pattern inner fabric well and made a pocket, so when you open the zip, a dolphin pops out.
She also set up a Hawaiian patterned pen to make it a great gift❣️.

I found how to make this on Youtube and decided to make it with a Hawaiian quilt😊.
It's big enough to hold earphones.
If you are a quilter you could use it for a thimble case💕.

本日のキルトはこちらのカードホールダーです。幅広ゴムテープとレザーで作られた商品をあるウェブサイトで目にし、面白いアイデアだと思いキルトで作ってみました。
キルトは本革のように固くないし、写真では細かいところはわからなかったので、実際の商品と同じではありませんが、可愛く出来たので、紹介します。
Today's quilt is this card holder. I saw a product made of elastic tape and leather on a website, and thought it was an interesting idea, so I made it with a quilt.
The quilt is not as hard as genuine leather, and I couldn't see the details in the photos, so it's not the same as the actual product, but I want to share it with you because it's pretty.
パターンはモンステラ、テープの色に合わせて黒を選びましたが、小物なのでもっと鮮やかな色でもきっと素敵。
スナップボタンを使いたかったのですが、一般的なものはキルトの厚みに対応できず、今回は普通のホックを縫いつけました。
The pattern is Monstera, and I chose black to match the color of the tape, but since it is a small item, more vivid color also good.
I wanted to use press type snap buttons, but the general one couldn't handle the thickness of the quilt, so this time I sewed an ordinary one.
ゴムテープを取り付けるときサイズ調整など少し気を使いますが、本体のキルトはあっという間に出来上がるので、ちょっとしたプレゼントとして作るのに最適！
知らずにたまる多くのショップカードを持っている方、反対にアプリを使いこなしキャッシュレスの方、どちらもコンパクトに可愛く収納できるので毎日がワクワクしそうです。
When attaching the elastic tape, you need to be a little careful about adjusting the size, but the quilt is completed very quickly, so it is also ideal for making a small gift!

本日のキルトはこちらのIpu ケースです。先日も完成報告を送ってくださったAさんの作品。
カリフォルニではANELA でフラにも参加してくださっていたA さん、実はお母様の方がフラは先輩でいらっしゃいます。そして、ご自身のケースとお揃いになるようにお母様のipu ケースも作成され、先日プレゼントされたそうです。とても喜んでいただけたとご連絡いただき、ANELAもとても嬉しいです。はなまる孝行〜🌿
Today's quilt is this Ipu case. The work of Ms. A who gave me the completion report of her Ipu case the other day.
In California, she had also joined in Hula Club ANELA. Her mother already started hula before she started. This Ipu case was created to match her own case, and it was given as a gift the other day. I am very happy to hear that her mother was very pleased. Lovely work ~ 🌿
本日のキルトは日本からの完成報告のこちら。Aさんのイプケースです。ご帰国前にとりかかられていたのですが、covidの影響でクラスが中断してしまい、成形を心配していらっしゃいました。でもやり方を説明したらすぐに仕上げてくださいました。いつか日本で使える日が来るといいですね。はなまる〜！
Today's quilt is a completion report from Japan. It is Ms. A's ipu case. She had been working on it before returning to Japan, but due to the covid pandemic, the lesson was cancelled and she was worried about sewing for making the bag. But as soon as I explained how to do it, she finished it. I hope one day she can use it in Japan. Good job!
そして、同じくフラをやっていらしゃるお母様のためにもキットをお持ち帰りになり、早速取り掛かっていらっしゃるようです。こちらも仕上がりが楽しみです！
And she has the another kit for her mother who is also doing hula, and is starting to work on it immediately. I'm looking forward to the finish!
本日のキルトは昨年日本にご帰国されたSさんから届いた完成報告です。まず一つ目はモンステラのシャドーキルト。３人お嬢さんをイメージしたHonuがなんとも愛らしく、暑い日本の夏に一風の清涼を感じられるような素敵なキルトになりました。はなまる〜🎐

Today's quilt is the work of Mr. S, who returned to Japan last year. This is a shadow quilt with three honu (turtles) in the image of her lovable three daughters. Since it looks cool, it is perfect for the hot summers of Japan. Good job!!
そしてその２週間後にはこのパイナップルのポーチの完成報告が届きました。カリフォルニアで仲良くされていた方とお揃いのポーチ。今は離れていてもオンラインですぐに連絡が取れる時代ではありますが、キルトでも繋がれるというのは素敵ですよね。そしてそのお手伝いをさせていただいけたANELAも嬉しいです。はなまる〜🍍
Two weeks later, she showed me her second work, a small pouch with a pineapple pattern. This is the same design as her best friend when she lived in California. It is a good symbol of good friendship. Very good!
そしてまた２週間後、今度はこのフクロウのキルトの完成を見せてくれました。ご希望の芥子色という微妙な色合いに完全にお応えはできなかったのですが、ハロウィーンに限らず（ANELAの見本作品はオレンジでハロウィーン向けだったので）通年飾っていただける作品となりました。「見本を見て一目惚れしたのでとても気に入ってます。」とのコメントもとても嬉しいです。はなまる〜〜〜トリプル！
And two weeks later, this time she showed me the completion of this owl quilt. I couldn't fully respond to the delicate shade of mustard color, but it was finished as a year-round quilt that was not limited to Halloween (the ANELA's sample was orange for Halloween). She said "I fell in loved with ANELA's sample the first time I saw it. so I like it." Mana is very happy with the comment. Great job!!
